An order can take up to 3 business days for us to process. Please note, this does not include holidays and weekends.
Once processed, you will be emailed a confirmation of processing. Your order will then be packaged and shipped from one of our many warehouses world wide. We have warehouse inventory located in China, Italy, France, Argentina, and the United States. Depending on the supply and demand of your order, it can be shipped from any of the above locations, and sometimes in multiple packages. We will notify you if this is the case. It will not incur an extra charge. Shipping is always free, worldwide!
Shipping, even world wide, should be on your doorstep, within 2 - 3 weeks from the date the order is processed. In rare cases, or if you are in a remote location, your shipping time may extend to above 30 days.
Orders that have not been received within 60 days, will be 100% refunded or re-sent, based upon the customer's request. Packages can be lost, and at the 60 day mark, we believe it has been lost in transit. At this point we will work with you to make things right. A no questions asked 100% refund is acceptable in our eyes, and if you're willing to take another chance, we'll send the order again, free of charge. We stand behind our products, and wear them ourselves. We want you to be as proud as we are!
Please allow 14 days after your order has been processed, before contacting us about shipping deliveries. As there are many variables in play on the journey from warehouse to delivery, we give a window of delivery estimates. Please refrain from emailing any "undelivered" or "status check" emails, until after 14 days of when your order was processed. This is to allow for any delays in the postal system and to keep email administration down to a manageable level.
